24 Hour Timeclock Instructions

WATERMAID - 24 Hour Timeswitch

Things to note before you set your timeclock:

  • One Revolution on the Timeclock equals 24 hours
  • Each Pin represents a 15 Minute interval
  • The time is in 24 hour format.

therefore:

the number  6 =  6 am
the number 12 = 12 pm (midday), and
the number 18 = 6 pm

The 3 positions of the switch (located at the 3 o’clock mark)

I = The chlorinator will permanently be on, regardless of the settings set on the time clock.

The middle setting ensures that the chlorinator turns on and off according to your specific settings.

O = The chlorinator will permanently be off, regardless of the settings set on the time clock.

TO SET:

1.       Set the current time of the day by turning the outer dial so that you align the white indicator (in the shape of an arrowhead) with the current time, which is in 24 hour time.

*** Please note that by using your finger to turn the clock dial located at the centre of the time clock, you can position the minute hand more precisely to the exact minutes past the hour.

2.       Now set the times that you would like your Watermaid Chlorinator and your pump to switch on and off.  For On settings, slide the pins away from the centre of the time clock.  For Off settings, slide the pins towards the centre of the time clock.

3.       Now position the white switch to the middle setting (which is between I and O), so that your chlorinator and pump operate according to the settings you have set in 2.
